I see by the pages on South Ribble Council, that full agreement by the council and the government was made in April last year. What's happening next, then? Why haven't the bulldozers been released from their cages?!

I wrote this way back on the 1st May 2008. Now, 986 days later, I drive through Hough Lane to see it being dug up. Is it happening? Has it started?! [:0]
