Thanks Frank,

This forum sure is great, it makes you feel closer to home.
We live just north of Brisbane, about a 30min. drive away.

Hope Jean has a great holiday.

Eileen

Hey Frank, give my kindest regards to Jean. I still have a photo of the two of us planting a tree at Fox Lane Junior School, we were the two youngest in the school, my birthday on the 17th Aug and I think Jean's is the 16th Aug. Jean was the nurse who delivered my first born son, Geoff, in April 1964. He's a daddy now, son John is 10 years old.

I didn't know Jean was a nurse, I can remember her being a teacher at the school on New hall lane. My niece (by marriage) Hasmita had Jean for her very 1st infant teacher. You learn something new everyday[Smile]

We're suffering Noel Mk 11 from apathy. People just don't seem to want to participate.

Afraid I am one of those who log in and enjoy everyone's writings,Noel Mk1, but just don't have much to say - hence my 'just starting' class.
I will consider my wrists slapped and promise to try and make the effort a little more.
