I don`t know how many of us are members of this scheme, but I have found it to be a both a great way of helping people and clearing out the attic at the same time.
Two perfect CRT monitors went in double quick time. Unfortunately I havn`t been so lucky with my (200 +)collection of `Computeractive` magazines - hint,hint.[}
]It`s amazing just what people either need or want to dispose of ( wives and other animals are not allowed to be given away).[

I agree Jim, Freecycle has helped us out in our new flat, we managed to pick up a few things and also gave a few items away that we no longer needed. Our stuff would have ended up in the local rubbish dump otherwise.
