I just read this article on holidays for free/next to nothing. I don't think I ever had the cheek for "couch-surfing" and I think I'm past the age of "wild camping", though it does have more appeal. My idea of a holiday generally includes the concepts of comfy beds and proper toilets close to hand. I guess I'll have to carry on paying full whack then!
