This is funny.

The translation of the Welsh wording on this signs reads "I am not in the office at the moment. Send any work to be translated"

I saw that in an on-line news item (BBC I think). It was either Cardiff or Swansea. None of the people in the department that made up the signs were Welsh speakers and it was standard practice to e-mail the English text to a translator. They got a prompt reply, made up the sign and installed it. It was a couple of days before a Welsh-speaking person called in and told them what it said.

I found it hard to believe that, in the entire sign department of a major Welsh city, there was nobody that understood written Welsh.
