Brian asks, `Does it really matter what time of day the mail arrives as long as it is delivered within a certain number of hours of posting?`.
According to the local tax office, it doesn`t matter which MONTH it arrives.
I sent a letter to them in June, not having had a reply by July I telephoned them. Their reply was breathtaking. `We are still dealing with May`s letters, we havn`t started on June`s yet. This is at the end of July!!!!
