You're right, Bill, sometimes we get very good service. I received a parcel from Lakeland Limited last year with a note inside apologising for the delay in delivery. As the parcel arrived only 3 days after I had ordered the goods, I thought this was a flippin' good delivery time, not a delay, and emailed the company to let them know.
