Aldi Store plan traffic fears

It`s quite simple Martin, every time a bus stops, so does all the following traffic. As Towngate is always busy (and narrow) nothing can overtake. [:p].

With regards to the planning extension, the move was forced upon Aldi because of local opposition to the noise that would be generated by the waste compactor in the yard. They have simply moved it indoors to get around the problem.
