How many of you ladies have done something and not told the truth to your beloved.
Last year we had a problem with one of our window screens letting in all the bugs at night. In the end I had to keep the window closed as soon as it got dark.
This year I complained to my dear husband that we really ought to invest in a new screen. He agreed but I said I would try and clean the old one first and see if that helped fluff up the seal.
After I had washed it and I must admit it did look much better for the washing I realized that last year I had put it back in upside down. So the seal was in the wrong place.
This year its working perfect and my dear husband praised me for doing such a good job washing it and saving us from having to buy a new one.
I am afraid I just smiled and said that I was very glad that I was able to fix it. I must admit a little voice inside me said I should tell him the truth. But I am sorry to say the devil in me kept quiet[}
