Just to say many thanks for the lovely messages on our special days.
We look forward to many more.
Noel is right -it was Rumpole's way of describing her indoors.It was a great series.
Some of you may remember Stewart Granger in 'King Solomons Mines.He was my favourite film star-so handsome.
Saw him only the other day on an oldie but a goodie.
Rider or is it Ryder -Haggard wrote another ripping yarn which you may know called 'SHE'-a terrific story and I am almost sure it was made into a film as well.
In it the quest was for eternal youth and the woman ,She Who Must Be Obeyed.
Turned out SHE had been living in a cave for 1000 years and when they got her out the lovely young woman crumbled away before their eyes.
I must have seen a film as I can remember that part so well.
