Sorry Smithy, I missed seeing your posting for some reason. To be honest, it was a little disappointing regarding numbers and it can all be blamed on the weather. Although it was quite nice in Leyland, we were getting calls from exhibitors (mainly on the East side of the country) that bad weather had prevented them setting out.

Those who did turn up showed their skills and love of the hobby once again. One table that I found interesting was devoted to building breakdown trucks (two of which I have in my own collection).[Image: aprilshow2.jpg]

The next show (Sunday 20th April) is the always popular, `Classic and Vintage Ford day.`
