I'd love to see the museum again. The last time we were there "en masse" was when we brought our older grandson to have a photo taken at the museum. Kids can get a learner license here when they get to 15 1/2 and can get a restricted solo license at 16 if they pass the test. For 2 years, they can't carry any other teens except family members. Most of them wouldn't be seen dead in the kind of cars their parents drive anyway!
