Man at SRBC??

A few times this week I have driven past South Ribble Council on West Paddock and there has been a man outside protesting about something but I have not been able to read his sandwich board that he has been proudly parading around in. Does anyone know what it's all about? Just interested.....or rather nosy! His board did say Corrupt Council I think....?

I also saw him last week. It did say something about a corrupt council, but not sure what exactly

He was there today in shorts and sandwich board, I also could only read 'Corrupt Council'.
One of us could interview him for the forum  , I am sure he will be only too happy to be interviewed and quoted on here.

I`ve been holding a running commentary with Marjorie in the next room. She`s just called out , that if the thread is so interesting, one of us should get out of the car and ask him what he`s doing [

Apparently he thinks the Council are corrupt...! he thinks the staff are pocketing all the money from Council tax etc. He's now getting people to sign a petition too.

If I get up that way and he is there I will grab a photo and ask him what's going on etc....
