Hope you can help with this problem. When I try to play a video on this site it say that either Javascript is disabled or I need a newer version of Flash player.
I've up dated Flash and in the security settings,in internet explorer,Java is enabled, but still I get the same message. This only happens with this site. Any ideas ??

All I can suggest Kevin is to look at your internet options , there is a box there "enable video play in web pages" make sure that is ticked. I use Mozilla where the settings aren't quite so complex as IE.

Kevin, Try Tools > Options > Programs > Manage Add Ons. That will tell you if anything is disabled. My wife had a similar problem recently and found that her Java was `disabled` in the list. Jim

When we open a web page it doesn't launch full screen and we have to go to maximise every time .What are we doing wrong ? No doubt the solution is simple but we are lost.

Hi,
It would help when requesting advice, to not only outline the problem but to state what the problem is occurring on! i.e for internet/browser related issues what browser is being used and if possible the browser version. To explain a little further, there are so many websites and programmers making them, that do introduce bad code that can have adverse effects on certain browsers and can even crash the browser and will close the browser window, or in some cases will even crash the machine itself, this is something you have to expect in computing. Invocations of flash, java and javascript have numerous bugs within the programs themselves, and can cause numerous problems, some of the early versions of Java had serious shorcomings particularly with regard to fonts and looking at the same applied code on a PC will be completely different on an Apple MAC. Flash had serious problems if running flash on a SQL site, and would hang when trying to administer the database ... something to keep in mind when cursing and swearing at your machine!
Regards ...

William - right click on your browser icon in the shortcut bar(right of the start icon) click properties(last selection) and click on the arrow at the side of the run drop-down box and select 'Normal Window' 'Minimised' or 'Maximised' that should do the trick ...
