Can anyone recommend a good yoga teacher in the Leyland/ Preston area?

There are plenty down here in the south west... I've never seen any in Leyland though

I would recommend contacting the British Wheel of Yoga to see if there is a BWY teacher in your area. Their teachers are guaranteed to have diplomas in teaching yoga. www.bwy.org.uk/
