Win Vista. Lost your CD DVD E:drive? don't worry

In Win Vista the E drive CD DVD can vanish...mine did. If it does don't worry it is easily sorted. It involves highlighing a code in the registry

4D 36E 965-E325-11ce-8Ec1-0

use search annd it finds the code for you.(just tap in 4D 36E 965)
delete upper field and lower field
then re-boot.
Done.

I did as you said Roy, typed 4D 36E 965 into the search menu and it came up with absolutely nothing.

click windows key and type in the search box command prompt
in the command prompt type in regedit then carry on as above.
