Well I know Perrys took the place over in 2000 but that's as much as I can remember, I'm not really sure when SGL went bust, it might have been a year earlier, I do remember the place being boarded up for quite a while. Has anyone else any input?
Welcome to the forum by the way ozz.

Your best bet might be to e-mail Perrys at Leyland. Unless someone else has anything to offer?.

Your best bet will be to check the Companies House website at http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk

SGL moved to where Arnold Clarke is next to Morrisons before going bust. It was much later than 2000.
