Graffiti in Leyland

I keep coming across graffiti on the footpaths of our town, each one is identical and says something about a truck festival in July ! I hope the police find these culprits and get them to clean up this mess.People get punished for putting up flyers so these people should be made to remove them and then they should be birched in public ! Honestly its worse than looking at litter [:p]

As it has been done in conjunction with the Borough Council - I don`t think the police would get very far with a prosecution.

Its one rule for one and another rule for the others ! Maybe that sandwich board guy is right . It is a corrupt council after all !
