Hi all , Im Shaun and I run Lancashire House Clearances and Rubbish Removal, I have teamed up with a friend who has recently opened Leyland House Clearance shop on Leyland Lane ( No 91) We have only been open about 10 days and our sign went up today.
Since moving in we have been made aware of two rogue traders in a similar line of business who I will not name on here but I guess most of you will have heard of them.
We have furnished the police and local councillor with information we have from people affected by these "fly by night" operators and wish to assure everyone we have nothing to do with the other businesses. I have been trading in the house clearance business for over 15 years and we have literally just moved to Leyland. We buy and sell furniture and appliances, all our goods are pre-owned or if you prefer second hand... and we NEVER ask for full payment until an item is delivered. £5 deposit secures anything with balance on delivery.
Please dont let the rogues taint a legitimate honest trader.
