Gutted R.I.P mark, I knew mark well and I know everyone says this but he truly was a good guy with a heart of gold, just wish I could have helped, hope you are at peace now wal xxx

Awful, it gave me a big shock as Mark Wallbank, not the same one, is the son of my near neighbour.

I lived in woodlands Drive at No 8 next Peter Harris`s family and remember a Jim Wallbank from Woodlands Drive in my firebrigade days, he had, I think 3 sons but my memory may have let me down, Jim was at Leyland firestation with me and then became full time at Chorley, please help my memory I think Mark was the youngest son,is this the same Mark, if so pass on my sincere condolences to Jim and his family, Noel may know them. thanking anyone who can help. Dave, you're not getting confused with Jim Calderbank are you ? Jim and Brenda lived a few doors down from me on Broadfield Drive. Jim was a fireman at Leyland. I also used to hang around with a Mark Wallbank who lived on Balshaw Crescent but he is 51.

Mark, the eldest son. His sisters work at Tesco. There may be a Mick and martin but they would have been either babies or not even born back then !
