Forgotten Lancashire - the follow-up
#1
I'm hard at work on the follow-up to Forgotten Lancashire, the book that Lancashire Life magazine described as having 'revitalised the Lancashire tripe industry' and as 'comedy genius'.

My brand of 'fact-free' history isn't for everyone, but it makes a great Christmas present for anyone with half a funny bone and an interest in Lancashire. It's available to buy in Waterstones and WH Smiths across the north west, or via Amazon at http://www.amazon.co.uk/Forgotten-Lancashire-Parts-Cheshire-Wirral/dp/0957314108 and on Kindle.

My next book is The Lost Films of 20th Century Spatchcock - due out in February 2013. I'll keep you posted. In the meantime, I hope your preparations for Yuletide are going well!
All the best

Thanks, Noel. I'm only guessing, but do you have a double celebration on 25 December? [Smile]

Thanks, filmoss - much appreciated. Just working on a chapter on the Lancashire Office of Information at the moment - Spatchcock made a number of public information films for them, which are largely unknown.
