William, Can`t argue with your advise to Noel at all. Why look back? As a company we sub-contracted to one single customer for 23 years. When we called it a day - they couldn`t even say `goodbye`. Only three words should concern you, Noel - forward,forward & forward.

OK Jim&Bill thanks for your advice. I'm certainly enjoying my new found freedom, the dogs are actually getting a good walk now if nothing else. Housework's a bit of a drag though and I blew the vacuum cleaner up this morning so had to buy a new one.

Tell me about it! I'd go insane if I didn't have a job to go to and just had the housework to do. Repeating the same task week on week and no one notices when you've done it. I know it was traditional for previous generations of women to stay at home and be housewives, but how they stuck it, I will never know.
