Southern US Meteorogolical Fury
#1
Rocketman:

Our national news tonight showed all sorts of tornado and flooding fury in the South, including Louisiana. How are things in Slidell?

There were a few small tornadoes, they're almost always small down here, but very powerful. We had one through our sub division a couple of years ago and it destroyed several houses. Houses on either side were untouched. Yesterday was quite heavy rain and we got about 5" in the afternoon, nothing unusual really, just some street flooding.
