I don't think it's the home office Mick, I think it's the judiciary who amongst other things refused to allow the 90 days detention of suspected terrorists quoting the European Rights Act.
Much as I dislike our MPs, I do feel for them, not only do they have to fight the terrorists and criminals but also the judges who seem hell bent on preventing them from doing so.
