The LoftZone raised loft floor is a lightweight, low cost, quick to have installed and provides a very strong platform for storing items and walking on, while protecting the 270mm loft insulation and allowing it to save energy and cut fuel bills as intended.
(NOTE) This system is designed to fit most modern properties circa 1960 with a trussed roof design. We do have a LBNW timber raised and strengthened subframe system for older properties with a purling style roof built before 1960's like older terraced, semi's and detached house.
We install complete packages with ladder light and boarding and we can even enlarge or create a new energy efficient loft hatch if required.
