I am the proud owner of a new laptop (I still have my old Win 98 PC as well). Can somebody help with something...
It is set so that if I move the cursor over an item, the item will open without me clicking it. I suppose this is designed for speed, but it's no good for someone like me because things are opening that I don't want. Now, how do I remove this function ?
