David...I remember singing that on open day at the senior school still stirs the wobbly things in my tummy.

I quote the bad news from a fitness site:
It's annoying but true - if you are trying to lose as much body fat as possible, cut out the booze. It has a very high calorific value and releases sugar into the bloodstream quicker than glucose – neither of which is a good thing!

It also increases appetite, which isn’t going to help you resist that late night takeaway, and what’s more leaves you feeling tired and run down

It's a pity they don't take that 'feeling' to their football matches....Police hurt after match clashes

Seven arrests were made inside the ground
Police arrested 17 football fans after trouble at Wolverhampton Wanderers' match with Cardiff City on Saturday.
Several police officers were injured, one with a suspected fractured jaw. Police have appealed for witnesses.

The second half of the Championship match was delayed by 15 minutes after clashes involving Cardiff fans and police in riot gear at half time.

What do you think is the reason behind such mindless behaviour ? What's so important about a football game that make grown men and women go beserk ? I remember as a kid living in england that the press used to mock the south Americans for their football behaviour, now the tables have turned [Sad]

Thanks for posting the words to Jerusalem David everytime I hear it I`m back in the asembley hall at Leyland Secondary modern, Mr Church on stage,he liked to hear this sung well, I always got tongue tied on the first line of the second verse.[[:I][Big Grin]quote]Originally posted by David

Jerusalem

And did those feet in ancient time
Walk upon England's mountains green?
And was the holy Lamb of God
On England's pleasant pastures seen?

And did the Countenance Divine
Shine forth upon our clouded hills?
And was Jerusalem builded here
Among these dark satanic mills?

Bring me my bow of burning gold;
Bring me my arrows of desire;
Bring me my spear; O clouds, unfold!

Bring me my chariot of fire!

I will not cease from mental fight,
Nor shall my sword sleep in my hand,
Till we have built Jerusalem
In England's green and pleasant land.
